As a Content Moderator, the agent will be responsible for reviewing and moderating videos from a major social media platform. This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, requiring resilience and strong emotional balance.

The moderator will analyze and evaluate content, apply the platform's community guidelines, and accurately tag each video with the appropriate decision.

Requirements:

Speak Romanian fluency (C1+ level language skill minimum);

Speak English B2;

Ability to work independently and/or in a team;

Problem solving-skills;

Good communications skills (both verbal and written);

Positive attitude;

Ambitious.

Benefits:

Salary base paid in 14months

Schedulle: Monday to Sunday - 09:00 to 18:00

Days Off - 2 Rotative days

(Planned - Evening shift to be introduced - 13:00 to 22:00)

Important: A valid work permit/residence card for Portugal is required for non-EU candidates. (VISA sponsorship is not available.)
