Stefanini is hiring Business Analysts experienced with Energy & Utilities projects, to join one of our clients operating in Lisbon.
- Work model: hybrid from Lisbon or Porto;
- Project duration: until 12/2026 with possible extension;
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;
- Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;
- Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
Role Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as business analyst for Utilities projects, ideally within Energy Data Management field.
- Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;
- Excellent analysis and communication skills (Portuguese and English);
- Attention to detail and proactivity;
- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of SAS, SAP and Salesforce will be a plus;
- Knowledge of Jira and / or Confluence tools will be valued;
- Energy & Utilities knowledge;
- GDPR knowledge;
