Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll plan, launch, and optimize digital initiatives that support brand growth and deliver measurable results. You'll balance creative thinking with data-driven decisions to run campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, adapts quickly in fast-moving digital environments, and likes seeing the direct impact of their efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and email marketing platforms
- Support the development of engaging content for social media, websites, and newsletters, aligned with brand tone and goals
- Conduct keyword research, update web content, and apply SEO best practices to increase organic traffic
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and produce clear reports to guide next actions
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing tools
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals
- Suggest improvements in targeting, content, campaign structure, and workflow efficiency
- Share actionable insights to enhance processes and boost campaign performance
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
