Permanent Contract | Full-timeLocation: Lisbon – Remote-first (hybrid later)About Ted JordanTed Jordan is a fast-growing media trading and consulting agency working with advertisers and agencies across France and international markets.In early 2025, Yahoo entrusted Ted Jordan with an exclusive license to develop and commercialize its advertising solutions, positioning us as a key player in the omnichannel advertising ecosystem (CTV, Audio, DOOH, Native & Display).As part of our international expansion, we are strengthening our presence in Portugal and are looking for an entrepreneurial, business-driven Account Director to build and grow our commercial footprint locally.The RoleThis role combines commercial execution and market development.You will be responsible for:Driving revenue for Yahoo advertising solutionsDeveloping Ted Jordan's media trading agency offering in PortugalBuilding long-term relationships with agencies and direct advertisersThis is a high-impact role with strong performance incentives and a clear evolution path toward Head of Sales Portugal for top performers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of agencies and direct advertisers in PortugalSell the full range of Yahoo and Ted Jordan media trading solutions (CTV, Audio, DOOH, Native, Display, and exclusive formats)Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targetsBuild strong relationships with decision-makers across agencies and advertisersCoordinate closely with account management, trading, and operations teamsPlan and execute local commercial initiatives (events, partnerships, market activations)Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable commercial strategiesReport activity and performance clearly (CRM updates, weekly reporting, feedback loops)ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising sales (media owner, adtech, or agency)Strong business mindset with an operational, hands-on approachComfortable in performance-driven sales environmentsAbility to work autonomously while collaborating with international teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsLanguage requirements (mandatory)Portuguese: Native level (mandatory)English: Fluent (mandatory)Spanish: Professional proficiency (nice to have)Compensation & IncentivesCompetitive fixed salary aligned with the Portuguese marketStrong incentive program, including performance-based commissionsVariable compensation linked to managed revenue and commercial performanceUncapped upside for high performersCareer ProgressionThis role is designed for long-term growth.If objectives are met and market development is successful, the position may evolve into a Head of Sales Portugal role, with responsibility over:Commercial strategyTeam recruitment and leadershipLocal market expansionLocation & Working ModelLisbon-basedRemote-first at the beginning, moving toward a hybrid model over time
