Inetum operates in 19 countries with more than 28,000 employees worldwide.If you are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and technology-driven company, Inetum is the place for you.Job DescriptionInetum is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Finance & Risk domain, supporting the operational performance of squads and contributing to the continuous improvement of Information Systems.The role involves close collaboration with business users to ensure smooth operational flows and functional excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the proper operational functioning of the squad, particularly within the integration flows scope.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Information Systems, in collaboration with Finance & Risk departments and their managers.Develop a strong understanding of business users, reporting tools, business processes, and the Finance Information System as a whole.Act as a link between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment between functional needs and technical solutions.Support operational activities while identifying opportunities for optimization and improvementQualificationsDegree or higher education in Computer Science or a related IT fieldAt least 3 years of experience in IT and/or Financial project-related functionsMandatory experience with administration of relational database toolsStrong experience as a Business AnalystSolid understanding of Finance concepts and processesStrong customer focus with a high level of customer careExcellent team interaction and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing prioritiesAutonomous, proactive, and rigorous, with a high level of personal commitmentGood stress management capabilityStrong listening and questioning skillsAdvanced French and intermediate English (oral and written)
