Responsibilities: Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, stability, and functionality Implement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Automate workflows and develop scripts using JavaScript and Flow Designer Manage user access, roles, and groups in compliance with security best practices Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches Support integrations with other tools and platforms via REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions Document configurations and update internal knowledge base You must have: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on knowledge across core ITSM modules Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript) and workflow automation within the platform Experience with platform integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog Understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply within ServiceNow Experience with system upgrades and instance cloning Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory);additional certifications are a plus European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week If you want to be part of a real People First organization, join us Send your CV to andre.lago@adentis.pt
