Main responsabilities:
Support the follow-up of customer requests, claims, and commercial agreements, ensuring information is properly documented and shared with the relevant teams.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and service performance, helping to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with field teams and wholesalers to support product availability and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help coordinate and track key activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
Prepare reports and update operational data to support decision-making and business performance monitoring.
Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team on day-to-day activities and projects.

You are current studying or have completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Pharmacy or other related.
You have an analytical mindset, communication skills, and detail-oriented.
You are fluent in English.
Your Excel level is high.
