Lead Product Owner | Shaping Financial Tech Are you a Senior PO with deep expertise in the financial ecosystem looking to scale your impact by leading other talents? We are looking for a Lead Product Owner for Randstad Digital to spearhead critical Banking and Platform products. The Challenge Mentor and lead a high-performing team of POs (Cards, Loans, and Internal Platforms). Translate high-level business strategy into clear, scalable, and buildable product direction. Act as the subject matter expert on product functionality and business value. Key Requirements Essential: Solid experience with banking/financial products (Cards, Loans, or Payments). Essential: Technical fluency to co-design solutions with Engineering and Architecture. Desirable: Academic background in Economics, Management, or Engineering. Responsibilities Collaborate with Architects to design smart, outcome-driven solutions. Support agile development without enforcing rigid, bureaucratic processes.
