We are looking for a Lead Product Owner for Randstad Digital to spearhead critical Banking and Platform products.The ChallengeMentor and lead a high-performing team of POs (Cards, Loans, and Internal Platforms).Translate high-level business strategy into clear, scalable, and buildable product direction.Act as the subject matter expert on product functionality and business value.Key RequirementsEssential: Solid experience with banking/financial products (Cards, Loans, or Payments).Essential: Technical fluency to co-design solutions with Engineering and Architecture.Desirable: Academic background in Economics, Management, or Engineering.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Architects to design smart, outcome-driven solutions.Support agile development without enforcing rigid, bureaucratic processes.Manage high-level stakeholders and complex business requirements.Ready to lead the transformation?
