Forward Deployed Engineer
to design, build and deploy real-world AI solutions, working directly with clients to turn business challenges into production-ready applications.
What you'll be doing:
Building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications. Developing backend services, APIs and third-party integrations. Working with RAG, MCP, tool calling and agent orchestration. Using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex daily. Taking ownership of solutions from initial requirements through production. Collaborating directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally Python and/or TypeScript. Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents. Practical experience using AI coding agents in your development workflow. Experience with APIs, databases and cloud technologies. Excellent communication skills and fluent Portuguese. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for AI. We're open to
talented engineers from junior through to senior level . Your ability to build, learn and solve problems matters more than years of experience.
