Committed to sustainability (Ecovadis Gold), diversity (gender index: 92%), and quality of work life (Best Workplace Experience), Quanteam is a forward-thinking enterprise.Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas:Quantitative FinanceRisk, Compliance, and RegulatoryOperations and FinanceTransformation and OrganizationInformation SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.We are looking for a Junior Brokerage OfficerMain tasksManage invoices received from brokers and invoices related to fees, legal expenses and bond issuance costsReconcile brokerage commissions data between Front Office and Back Office systemsPerform discrepancy analysis and submit correction requests to the relevant teamsValidate and process invoice payments to brokers and suppliersFollow up on overdue or delayed payments, communicating with internal and external stakeholders when necessaryProduce reports on brokerage fees consumption, broker vetting status and other relevant metricsMonitor broker onboarding processes, vetting status and applicable rates according to the fee scheduleIssue accounting journals related to cash receivablesMonitor cash flow and accounting entries, ensuring proper matching in Back Office systemsProcess collected and declared VAT on a monthly basisYour Profile and SkillsDegree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field1–3 years of experience in financial or banking operationsKnowledge of Banking Operations and/or Global Markets productsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsBasic knowledge of the SWIFT network (MT103, MT202 and/or MT199)Good command of English (written and spoken); French is a plusBasic to intermediate proficiency in ExcelIf you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team
