We are looking for an Corporate Actions Officer to join our team This role is responsible for the accurate processing of corporate events and income-related activities, ensuring timely and compliant execution while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process asset servicing activities related to corporate events, including dividends, coupons and other income events Ensure the accurate and timely processing of corporate actions throughout their lifecycle Monitor, reconcile and validate entitlements, cash flows and securities movements Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Act as a point of contact with internal teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Custody) and external counterparts Maintain accurate records in internal systems and contribute to reporting and control activities Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency within the team Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel – Intermediate to Advanced (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis) Strong understanding of banking operations and post-trade processes Language Skills: English – Fluent French – Nice to have Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of operational risk and controls Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes Experience & Background: Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field 2–5 years of experience in Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions or Securities Operations Experience within a banking or financial services environment is highly valued
