Job Responsibilities Build strong, trusted relationships with clients from kickoff through full project execution. Communicate regularly with clients to evaluate satisfaction, gather feedback, and escalate any concerns in a timely manner. Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions. Ensure all activities are closely aligned with a client's business needs and business strategy. Collaborate with the project team to deliver the best possible service experience. Define success metrics, identify opportunities, and help the team continuously improve project results. Ability to use GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to answer common client questions and interpret data. Strong understanding of client business goals and how digital marketing supports them. Experience working with US-based B2B clients. Experience in a similar role within an agency, IT outsourcing, or SaaS environment. Client management : Lead clients through a smooth and clear onboarding process. Run client meetings, prepare agendas, and document key points. Present project results clearly, confidently, and with strategic insight. Request and secure all required client access, materials, and approvals. Team coordination & workflow management: Assign tasks to the project team and keep execution aligned with priorities. Oversee task delivery to ensure timeliness and high-quality outcomes. Contribute actively to team discussions, offering thoughtful feedback and improvement ideas. Structure project workflows to support efficient operations and smooth task flow. Leadership & initiative: Work independently, manage client priorities, and keep timelines on track. Lead initiatives that elevate service quality and improve client results.
