Job description:ITTF Iberian is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of BNPP functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. It is a worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackling major challenges of the Group's transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Function communities through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.Main Tasks:- Monitor RPA processes execution and performance- Monitor and optimize process scheduling- Perform RPA Level 1 support for issues and requests raised by Process Owners- Develop relationships with clients and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established support proceduresTechnical Skills:- Production support experience (3+ years)- Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)- Knowledge of banking industry will be a plusLanguage Skills:- Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)- Ability to speak French is a strong plusSoft Skills:- Client focus- High level of organization, analysis and problem-solving capability- Ability to clear communicate and report status to the management- Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment - Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills- Accomplished team player - Good work ethic and high levels of motivation
