You will be part of a high performing sales development team in Porto that creates qualified opportunities for our Account Executives across Europe and beyond. This is a chance to be the first voice new customers hear, to open doors with creativity, and to make a measurable impact from day one. What you will do Own the top of funnel. Turn cold interest into warm, qualified opportunities that convert. Proactive prospecting. Identify and research high fit accounts and decision makers in target markets. Multi channel outreach. Run daily sequences across cold calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn. Discovery and qualification. Lead crisp first calls to understand pain points and confirm strategic fit. Pipeline excellence. Keep meticulous records in the CRM so no lead slips through the cracks. Collaborate to win. Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting based on live market feedback. Keep learning. Build strong knowledge of products, customer use cases, industry trends and the competitive landscape. What you will bring Bilingual fluency is essential. English plus one of Dutch, Danish, German, Arabic or French. Sales mindset and competencies: Hunter mentality with resilience and drive. Ability to influence and persuade through clear communication. Strong relationship building skills. Commercial awareness and curiosity about customer needs. Confidence in using LinkedIn, crafting impactful emails and making calls. Coachability. Desire to learn and willingness to apply feedback immediately. Energy and positivity. Enthusiasm, resilience and a solutions focus every day. No prior SDR experience required. Sales background or knowledge would be advantageous. What's on Offer Compensation and earnings €28,000 base salary with uncapped commission.
