Join an international B2B sales team in Lisbon, working directly with advertisers and helping businesses grow through digital advertising solutions.
Why This Opportunity?
€1,237.83 gross monthly fixed package
Performance bonus up to €2,400/month
Recent team median variable bonus: approximately
€846/month
Monday-Friday schedule
Experience in B2B sales, digital advertising, campaign strategy, and account management
Potential work-from-home eligibility after the initial on-site period, based on performance
What You'll Do
Prospect and engage new advertisers
Build and manage sales pipelines
Develop long-term client relationships
Recommend digital advertising solutions
Work toward sales and campaign performance targets Requirements
1-2 years of B2B sales, outbound sales, or digital marketing experience
CRM experience
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Legally authorized to work in Portugal
