Your Role
Provide professional and efficient customer support in Dutch and English.
Handle customer inquiries, identify issues, and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
Maintain high service quality and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A professional, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
Must currently reside in Lisbon, Portugal.
Working Conditions
Schedule:
08:00–18:00.
Work model:
On-site initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model after the first three months.
