The International Mobility Recruitment Department is dedicated to enhancing the mobility of IT professionals throughout Europe, facilitating the placement of talents in the various markets where it operates. Position: JAVA TECH LEADLocation: LisbonHybrid: 2 times a week on the client ́s officeCandidates must possess a valid work permit for PortugalMandatory Languages Required: French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2)We're looking for a Java Tech Lead to guide a development team in building scalable and high-performance applications. You'll work hands-on with modern technologies and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality and on-time deliveryDesign and develop backend systems with Java 11, Spring Boot, and HibernateCollaborate with front-end developers using AngularWork with MySQL for database design and optimizationParticipate in architecture discussions and help shape technical directionSupport and mentor team membersRequirements:Strong experience in Java 11, Spring Boot, HibernateSolid front-end knowledge with AngularGood understanding of relational databases, especially MySQLExperience leading teams or acting as a senior developerExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsNice to have:Experience with cloud services and CI/CD pipelinesAdvantages of joining MoOngy: International Mobility: Access to a dedicated international mobility department with personalized relocation programs to facilitate your move to a new country.
