We are looking for a Private Credit Operations Officer to join a specialized team delivering Loan Administration, Middle Office, and Depositary services within the Alternative Investments / Private Credit space.This role supports clients investing in Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt, and Real Estate Debt, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong risk awareness, and data accuracy in line with defined procedures and Service Level Agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all required documentation (credit agreements, trade documentation, utilization requests, etc.) is collected, signed, and fully executedManage and process loan-related transactions, including:Trade settlementsLoan repaymentsLoan restructuringsEnsure all activities comply with established procedures and controlsExtract reports, perform cash and position reconciliations, and provide data to support decision-making and oversightAnalyze, integrate, and validate data across multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistencyPerform operational controls in line with risk mapping and procedures (checklists, four-eyes controls)Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelGood working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to work with operational and financial dataProfile & Soft SkillsStrong analytical and critical-thinking skillsHigh attention to detail, rigor, and data qualityResults-driven with the ability to deliver within deadlinesStrong organizational and prioritization skillsTeam-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across functionsComfortable working in a structured and controlled environmentHybrid Work: 2/3x in the office in Porto
