We are looking for a Private Credit Operations Officer to join a specialized team delivering Loan Administration, Middle Office, and Depositary services within the Alternative Investments / Private Credit space. This role supports clients investing in Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt, and Real Estate Debt, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong risk awareness, and data accuracy in line with defined procedures and Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities Ensure all required documentation (credit agreements, trade documentation, utilization requests, etc.) is collected, signed, and fully executed Manage and process loan-related transactions, including: Trade settlements Loan repayments Loan restructurings Ensure all activities comply with established procedures and controls Extract reports, perform cash and position reconciliations, and provide data to support decision-making and oversight Analyze, integrate, and validate data across multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency Perform operational controls in line with risk mapping and procedures (checklists, four-eyes controls) Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to work with operational and financial data Profile & Soft Skills Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills High attention to detail, rigor, and data quality Results-driven with the ability to deliver within deadlines Strong organizational and prioritization skills Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across functions Comfortable working in a structured and controlled environment Hybrid Work: 2/3x in the office in Porto
