As part of the company's MFS division, we are seeking a skilled Calypso IT Business Analyst to support our Securities Finance applications. You will play a key role in shaping system functionality through effective requirements gathering, creation of high‐quality User Stories, and hands‐on functional testing.Main ResponsibilitiesCreate Clear and Robust Functional SpecificationsDevelop comprehensive and well‐structured functional specifications that guide development activities, ensuring all solutions meet business objectives and user needs.Lead Testing ActivitiesWork in close partnership with the development team to plan and execute thorough testing of new functionalities and system enhancements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and stability.Deliver User Training and Provide Ongoing SupportConduct engaging training sessions and offer continuous user support to ensure effective system usage and high levels of user satisfaction.Technical SkillsCalypso Knowledge: Hands‐on experience with Calypso is essential.Financial Markets Expertise: Strong understanding of financial markets and core financial instruments. Experience in securities finance is particularly advantageous.Analytical & Problem‐Solving Ability: Demonstrated expertise in analysing complex business requirements, identifying challenges, and delivering practical and innovative solutions.Language SkillsFluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, stakeholders, and end‐users.
