act digital is a multinational company present in 12 countries, which combines local agility and global expertise to act as a strategic partner for our clients in delivering customized and scalable solutions.In Portugal, we have around 120 clients and a team of over 400 people, working on projects in sectors as diverse as Banking, Insurance, Transport, Aviation and Energy.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced (at least 10 years) SAP HCM Technical Consultant to join an international project, working fully remote from Portugal.The role is focused on SAP system configuration and support, working closely with HR and Finance stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and support SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modulesAnalyze business and legal requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configurationsMaintain and adjust payroll schemas, rules, and time evaluation processesSupport payroll and time-related system runs, validations, and troubleshootingEnsure system compliance with local regulations and company policiesCollaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams as a technical SAP partnerParticipate in testing, documentation, and change management activitiesSupport system enhancements, upgrades, and integrationsProvide best practices and technical guidance related to SAP HCM Payroll and TimeRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with strong focus on Payroll and Time ManagementSolid hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration (schemas, rules, time evaluation)Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes from a system perspectiveExperience in analysis, troubleshooting, and solution designAbility to work autonomously in a remote, international environmentEnglish level C1 (spoken and written)Must be based in PortugalAdditional InformationRemote (Portugal)English: C1 required
