In Portugal, we have around 120 clients and a team of over 400 people, working on projects in sectors as diverse as Banking, Insurance, Transport, Aviation and Energy. About the Role We are looking for an experienced (at least 10 years) SAP HCM Technical Consultant to join an international project, working fully remote from Portugal. The role is focused on SAP system configuration and support , working closely with HR and Finance stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and support SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules Analyze business and legal requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configurations Maintain and adjust payroll schemas, rules, and time evaluation processes Support payroll and time-related system runs, validations, and troubleshooting Ensure system compliance with local regulations and company policies Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams as a technical SAP partner Participate in testing, documentation, and change management activities Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations Provide best practices and technical guidance related to SAP HCM Payroll and Time Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant , with strong focus on Payroll and Time Management Solid hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration (schemas, rules, time evaluation) Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes from a system perspective Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design Ability to work autonomously in a remote, international environment English level C1 (spoken and written) Must be based in Portugal Additional Information Remote (Portugal) English: C1 required
