Our video solution, PubVisual, is redefining how clinical research is communicated.We're looking for a Social Media & Demand Generation Manager to own execution of our social media presence, from messaging to posting, and turn content into inbound demand.This is a hands-on role, not a strategy-only position.What you'll doExecute our social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn)Turn marketing direction into clear, compelling messaging for our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)Write, schedule, and publish all social media contentWork closely with designers to create high-quality visual assetsDrive lead generation and demo bookings through organic socialAlign content with marketing campaigns and sales prioritiesTrack performance, test formats, and continuously optimize for resultsWhat we're looking forMust-have2–5 years experience in social media, content marketing, or demand generation (B2B preferred)Strong (AI) LinkedIn copywriting and messaging skillsExperience managing social channels end-to-endComfortable working with designers and content briefsExecution-focused, organized, and accountable for resultsNice-to-haveExperience in SaaS, healthcare, or life sciencesFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar toolsInterest in science, healthcare, or technical storytellingWhy this role mattersYour content will directly influence how decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and medtech discover RedNovius, understand our value, and book demos.This is not about vanity metrics.
