Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, PrimeIT currently has a team of more than 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects across multiple technologies.We are looking for a Network Service Lead to join one of our strategic projects, with responsibility for designing, leading, and evolving complex enterprise network environments.Main responsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.Lead and support a team of network engineers in day-to-day operations.Drive strategic network initiatives aligned with business objectives.Oversee network architecture, upgrades, transformation, and optimization projects.Act as the escalation point for critical network incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in enterprise environments.Required profileMinimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering roles.Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale network architectures.Experience leading network transformation or migration projects.Strong background in network security and compliance in regulated environments.Experience working in multi-vendor and hybrid cloud environments.Technical expertise:Network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLSHardware: Cisco routers and switches; firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and FortinetSecurity: VPNs, DMZ, IDS/IPS, SSL/TLS, Zero Trust ArchitectureCloud networking: Azure and AWS, including hybrid cloud integrationTools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, NetFlow, SNMPAutomation and scripting: Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShellCertifications (preferred):CCNP or CCIE (Cisco)Palo Alto PCNSEITIL FoundationCompTIA Network+ and/or Security+What we offerHealth insurance and additional benefitsTraining and professional development planCareer progression opportunitiesDynamic and collaborative work environmentHybrid work model (2 days per week at the office) Interested?
