People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Support Representative – Travel Marketplace (Spanish) to join their team in Lisbon or Porto.
This is an entry-level, on-site customer support role for Spanish-speaking Advisors acting as the first point of contact for a global travel and accommodation marketplace.
Day-to-day, the successful candidate will resolve customer issues across calls, chats and emails, research and troubleshoot problems, mediate between users and escalate anything complex, using templates where appropriate.
A relocation package is available for Spanish speakers moving to Porto.
Critical Requirements Spanish C2, with C1 in both written and spoken proficiency required to pass online assessments English B2 EU citizen (work permit holders and visa sponsorship not accepted) Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto High school diploma and ability to provide a clean criminal record What's on Offer Performance bonus of up to €120 based on KPIs (from the 4th month) Meal allowance of €8.50 per worked day 22 business days of annual leave Christmas and holiday bonuses, each equal to one month of base salary Health insurance plan after 6 months on contract Relocation support for EU citizens: travel ticket reimbursement of up to €200 (after 3 months, on receipt) Accommodation support of €360 per month for 3 months, plus assistance with temporary and permanent accommodation Priority: URGENT Location: Lisbon or Porto Working arrangement: Onsite Employment: Full-time Languages: Spanish + English Seniority: Entry level Industry: Travel / Customer Experience (BPO) Salary: €945 gross per month People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is acting as the recruitment partner for this vacancy.
