Internal Service Sales Engineer Trainee | After Sales Department Reporting directly to the Supervisor of the Service Business Department, the selected candidate will have the following duties:
Remote monitoring and diagnosis of equipment operation;
Perform technical and commercial service proposals;
Costs allocation and issuing invoices for services provided;
Managing subcontractors and maintenance contracts;
Supporting technicians on site, namely scheduling and preparing the service.
Our ideal candidate should have:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in the role or experience in after-sales would be appreciated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and responsibility in setting realistic deadlines for the completion of tasks, ensuring strict follow-up of activities.
Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B1)
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
