What You'll do:
Provide support and maintenance for servers, laptops, and desktops, ensuring optimal performance and availability;
Analyze and resolve incidents related to hardware, operating systems, and general IT infrastructure;
Utilize ticketing tools to manage and track technical issues and service requests effectively;
Collaborate with sourcing teams and participate in IT sourcing processes when required;
Support networking and communication systems, assisting in configuration and troubleshooting tasks;
Lead and manage small initiatives or support-related teams when necessary;
Promote team collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement of support services;
Onsite Work Model.
What You Are:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or similar roles;
Proven experience with
ticketing systems
for incident and service management;
Hands-on experience in the
support and maintenance of servers, laptops, and desktops;
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware and operating system issues;
Knowledge of
networking and communication systems;
Experience in
sourcing processes
is considered a plus;
Demonstrated
leadership and management capabilities.
