In this role, you'll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

In this role, you'll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities, handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies, process service requests in the client's policy administration system, compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information, conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools, and manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
