About the Role
We are looking for a
French-Speaking Customer Service Agent
to join an international team in Braga, Portugal.
In this role, you will provide customer support to users of a digital application, helping them with questions related to app features, account management, balances, and available services.
You will primarily assist customers through
inbound calls
while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with questions regarding the application and its features.

Requirements
Fluent or native-level proficiency in French.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and professional approach.
Comfortable providing support by phone.
Ability to understand and explain digital applications and their features.
Must already be
residing in Portugal
and living in or near
Braga
.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
