About the Opportunity
Do you speak French fluently and enjoy finding solutions for customers? Join a customer service team in Porto and contribute to delivering reliable support for a telecommunications project.
We're looking for a communicative, customer-focused professional who can handle enquiries with patience, provide helpful guidance, and create a positive experience for every customer.
Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries in French
Provide accurate information and practical assistance
Identify customer needs and help resolve service-related issues
Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
Follow internal processes to maintain service quality
What We're Looking For
Fluent French proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A helpful, patient, and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work within a rotating schedule between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday through Saturday
Residence within 30 km of Porto, Portugal
