We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious English speaker to scale strategic brand partnerships on Reddit.
In this dual-impact role, you will connect top advertisers and digital agencies with one of the world's largest community-driven networks—guiding clients from cold outreach to full campaign success and long-term account growth.

Responsible for managing portfolios of B2B clients and agency partners
Reach out to new Direct advertisers or Agencies
Support onboarding and activation
Ensure advertisers feel confident using Reddit (mainly via outbound calls)
Build strong, long-term relationships
Drive advertising success across various business segments
competências
Excellent prospecting and lead generation abilities (cold calling, email, social outreach)
Understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline management
Tailoring campaign strategies to brand goals
Direct negotiation and communication with in-house advertisers
Deep client alignment and personalized campaign optimization
Fluent level of English (minimum C1)
1 – 2 years of experience in B2B or Outbound Sales; Digital Marketing.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong ability to meet brand-specific KPIs and campaign ROI goals
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills

The training period is 15 workdays in total, and it has a duration of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Paid training (18,56€/day)
Employment Uncertain Term Contract with the client (permanent contract after 2 years)
Base salary: 938€ gross/month
Meal allowance: 7€/day
Holiday allowance: *€ gross/month
Christmas allowance: *€ gross/month
Variable performance bonus
On site in Parque das Nações, Lisboa
