Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement and operate SAP HCM payroll (PY), Personal administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)Collaborate with global teams (customer and internal teams) to understand business needs and ensure a smooth integration processTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and complianceOptimize payroll workflows to enhance efficiency and reliabilityMaintain documentation and provide training for internal teams as neededStay updated on SAP HCM (PY, PA and OM) and integrationsQualifications and

Skills:
Proven experience (5 years+) in development and customizing SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementationsProven experience in ABAP/4 Development Workbench, ABAP-OO, Interface development, SAP FIORI and HANA DB, schemas, tables, features, functions, and business processesExperience with SAP S/4HANA (HCM, PA, OM)First expertise in integration tools (e.
G. ShapeIn) and middleware solutionsProven first experience with SAP Time developmentsA strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing our customers at the core of every action.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that embraces changeA willingness to thrive in an international settingA strong team player with a penchant for virtual collaborationProficiency in both written and spoken business-level EnglishHands-on experience in SAP configuration (customizing) for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, or Switzerland would be considered a strong asset.
