Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate industrialization activities and manage aerospace programs from project launch through production ramp-up and stabilization;  Ensure the achievement of project milestones by proactively managing risks, priorities, resources, and action plans;  Drive multidisciplinary teams to deliver commitments, ensuring effective follow-up, timely escalation, and closure of open topics;  Coordinate product and process changes, assessing impacts on quality, cost, and delivery performance;  Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment;  Monitor program performance and prepare reports to support decision-making and customer communications;  Contribute to continuous improvement and industrial process optimization initiatives;  Support the implementation of APQP and associated industrialization methodologies, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and FAI. Requirements &

Qualifications:
 Degree or Master's in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field;  Previous experience in program management, project management, or industrialization within a manufacturing environment;  Knowledge of production processes, industrialization, and new product introduction;  Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and risk management methodologies will be considered an asset;  Experience interacting with customers in an industrial environment;  Fluent English skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations;  French language skills will be considered a plus;  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of SAP will be valued.
