Job Description
We are looking for senior lawyers (2 positions) and a junior lawyer (1 position) for the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice in our Lisbon office.
Send us your CV, including a deal sheet with some of the transactions you have been involved in.
Requirements
Integrity, humility and commitment.
Law degree.
At least 3 years of post-qualified experience (PQE), for the junior position, and 7 years of PQE, for the senior positions, in Corporate/transactional practice (private equity, real estate, finance, etc.).
Specific experience in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital is valued, both in giving advice to emerging and high-growth companies as well as to founders and investors, on matters such as investment rounds, exits, stock option plans, international expansion, etc.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and the use of artificial intelligence tools.
Knowledge of Spanish is valued.
