As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in Funchal Portugal. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the Funchal market Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales strategies Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback to senior management Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and product knowledge Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Funchal market Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decision making Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred Fluent in English Portuguese proficiency is a plus
