Day-to-day, they take inbound calls, chats and emails about winnings, account management and login issues, escalating anything beyond Level 1 and using or adapting templates for written replies.
It is a fast-turnaround campaign (CVs due 16 October, start 19 October) with a relocation package aimed at French speakers moving to Lisbon.
Day to day that means this is an entry-level, on-site customer support role for two French-speaking Advisors handling Level 1 enquiries for a French betting brand.

What you need High school diploma and ability to provide a clean criminal record Good computer literacy Customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills EU citizen (work permit holders and visa sponsorship not accepted) Native/C2 French English sufficient for a live language verification during the interview (level not specified) The rest of the package You also get performance Bonus: Up to €120 based on KPI (applicable from 4th month onwards), meal Allowance: €8.50 per worked day Payment Structure: Paid with salary at the end of the month Benefits, 22 business days of annual leave, and christmas and Holiday Bonuses, each equal to one month of your base salary *Health Insurance plan after 6 months on contract.
