We are looking for Italian-speaking communicators to join our dynamic customer service team in beautiful Lisbon
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide clear solutions and guidance for account and product-related matters Efficiently resolve issues, build trust, and ensure satisfaction Support and educate customers through excellent communication Share feedback to help us continually improve Who You Are: Confident using computers and digital tools (MS Office skills a plus) Quick learner, able to adapt smoothly to new systems and processes A positive team player with strong interpersonal skills Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory Available to work full-time onsite in Lisbon, Monday to Saturday, between 07:*:00 (rotational shifts) Sundays and one additional day off weekly (rotational) What We Offer: Competitive salary and bonus Daily meal allowance Full-time, on-site position in Lisbon Supportive, multicultural team and professional growth 6-month contract with the possibility of extension Comprehensive training and ongoing support Ready to take your career further?
