Job title: Quality Lead

Location: Sines, Portugal

Rotation: 17/4 or 10/4

Package/Benefits: Living away allowance, Accommodation, Flights, Vehicle

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works
Manage and mentor QA/QC Engineers on site
Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentation
Manage NCRs and drive corrective actions
Liaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client representatives
Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to required standards
Support audits and promote a right-first-time quality culture

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience)
Must have an EU Passport or the right to work in Portugal
Non EU Candidates will not be considered.
8+ years’ QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of both CSA and MEP installations
Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments desirable
Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
