THE ROLE

As a Sales Commercial Principle B2B & B2A (Business to Business and Business to Auction), you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of Indie Campers' leisure vehicles (campervans and motorhomes) within our new RV Sales business unit. Reporting to our VP of RV Sales and working from our Lisbon HQ, you will leverage your expertise in commercial sales and focus on identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies for the outplacement of our fleet of over 6,000 vehicles (and growing) via B2B and B2A.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful reselling of Indie Campers vehicles through both pre-existing dealer networks and auction channels. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional B2B/B2A experience across all 21 geographies (and counting) where Indie Campers operates.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams within Indie Campers to align sales activities with the overall rental and operational strategy, ensuring the efficient disposal of semi-new and second-hand fleet vehicles. Additionally, you will support the continuous improvement of operational processes, standards and contribute to the long-term success of the fleet sales business unit.

Ultimately, as a Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in advancing our fleet sales marketplace, positioning it as a leading platform for campervans, motorhomes, and caravans, while ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the business.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform. Demonstrated expertise in structuring and scaling sales functions, with experience across both online and offline channels. Proven ability to engage with customers and partners across multiple geographies and industries. Strong track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success, with a natural commercial mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Strategic thinker who uses data and instincts to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions. Self-starter who can work independently while also being an effective team player. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; German is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous.
