RESPONSIBILITIES

& MAIN TASKS

• Leading the overall activities of the Integrity Team;
• Ensure planning and execution of the integrity programs consistent with GEMS expectations, key ones being Hull and Tank inspection, UWILD, piping inspection, fabric maintenance programs; 
• Support the shore base assets on corrective work scope support requests; 
• Ensure efficient and optimized execution of the Integrity & Inspection strategy considering practical, technical and financial constraints;
• Analyze inspection results, identify anomalies and failures to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to the Integrity & Inspection strategy;
• Liaise with regional unit teams to ensure that strategies are clear and well executed;
• Provide leadership and develop programs to ensure reduction and control of LOPCs and the integrity of all static process safety barriers;
• Develop relationships with strategic suppliers to promote technical and financial optimization of the Integrity and Inspection program; 
• Liaise with group technical organization to provide operational feedback from the fleet to influence new and optimized designs;
• Participate in failure investigations and implement necessary improvements to ensure future failure mitigations;
• CMMS system maintenance and improvement projects implementations;
• Recruit, establish and motivate the team with the right level of experience and skills for the integrity team;
• Ensure applications feedback and lessons learned are fed back;
• Support the performance optimizations strategic approach;
• Liaise with technical discipline leads and authorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific skills / expertise / product:

• University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, naval or mechanical preferred;
• 10 years’ experience in Integrity & Inspection in relevant companies;
• Previous experience in leading multi-discipline teams (supervision/leadership and strong communication skills);
• Experience in delivery of financial targets, budgets and proposals;
• Experience of interfacing with Clients, Classification Societies and 3rd Party Service Providers;
• Ability to travel internationally including offshore;
• Excellent soft skills and team spirit;
• Fluent in English.
