To support our growth and commitment to hiring exceptional performers, we are looking for a legal intern based in Portugal. The internship will last for 1 year, it will be full-time and it is a paid position.
As a member of the legal team, you will assist our Commercial contracting and Procurement teams on transactions involving strategic customers and vendors. The legal intern job responsibilities will include: Review NDAs; Drafting Letters of Assignment; Translation of documents needed for internal usage; Drafting Quote Terms for Customers; Analysis of customer, partner and/or vendor contracts.
  Skills & Experience: Master or LL.M. student or graduate; Fluent in English; Self-starter able to work in a very fast paced, changing environment with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities; Good communication skills and ability to engage effectively.
