Principais responsabilidades

Promoção e apresentação detalhada do valor do portefólio respiratório da GSK .Particular enfoque junto do público-alvo, comunicando de forma científica as mensagens aos relevantes, incluindo médicos, farmacêuticos, enfermeiros e outros profissionais de saúde.  Atingir objetivos de vendas ao comunicar eficazmente o valor e o uso adequado das medicamentos em promoção. Criar e manter relações de confiança e respeito com os profissionais de saúdede forma a assegurar a adequada promoção dos medicamentos da GSK e a imagem da empresa. Proeficiente na utilização de uma abordagem multicanal (visita médica, canais digitais, recurso a Brand Manager e/ou Scientific Manager, entre outros) na promoção dos medicamentos GSK. Reportar à GSK informação que recolheu durante o diálogo com o profissional de saúde, incluindo eventuais efeitos secundários e questões relacionadas com a qualidade dos Medicamentos da GSK. Trabalhar em colaboração com todas as funções de modo a assegurar a promoção com sucesso dos medicamentos GSK. Desenvolver e executar Planos de Ação para os seus territórios, de forma colaborativa, de acordo com a estratégia nacional, abordando os profissionais de saúde de acordo com a estratégia da empresa e as necessidades dos diferentes interlocutores de forma a executar atividades relevantes. Garantir que todas as atividades e planos são executados de acordo com os elevados padrões de ética e compliance da empresa e que são aplicados todos os requisitos legais e regulamentos.

Sólida formação científica e agilidade na aprendizagem para adquirir e manter permanentemente níveis elevados de conhecimentos das áreas terapêuticas e competidores de modo a ter capacidade de sustentar uma discussão científica com os profissionais de saúde que lhes traga valor acrescentado. Domínio de inglês. Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação a condições variáveis do ambiente externo . Capacidade para definir prioridades, mantendo o foco e desenvolvendo planos de ação para entrega de resultados, revelando persistência e um acompanhamento das atividades principais. Capacidade para lidar com ambientes complexos e gerir múltiplas atividades e definir prioridades de forma eficaz. Capacidade de desenvolver, propor e implementar com agilidade planos de ação adequados e articulados, baseados em insights que tenham em consideração as circunstâncias do mercado e respondam a reais necessidades dos diferentes profissionais de saúde e instituições (consultórios, clínicas, farmácias e hospitais privados). Excelentes competências interpessoais com capacidade para criar relações profissionais fortes e duradouras tanto a nível interno como externo. Histórico de sucesso na identificação Clientes de elevado potencial num determinado território. Foco no cliente com um sentido de urgência e resiliência aquando da superação de obstáculos. Capacidade para comunicar de forma eficaz a informação relevante ao seu e colegas, procurando opiniões e quando adequado.

Qualificações mínimas e Experiência - Requisitos:

Capacidade de comunicação científica comprovada, que poderá ser usada em produtos inovadores da empresa. Experiência de trabalho bem sucedida em iniciar a gestão de e as relações com o cliente num ambiente novo. Experiência prévia no desenvolvimento de um território e de planos de ação em mercado publico e privado (consultórios, clínicas e Hospitais privados). Nível elevado de conhecimento no uso de tecnologias de informação modernas, incluindo competências em usar eficazmente um CRM. Experiência prévia em trabalhar e de agir sempre de acordo com os regulamentos relevantes e as leis aplicáveis  Carta de condução, capacidade e vontade de trabalhar e viajar conforme apropriado num cargo de focado no cliente.

Qualificações e Experiência - Preferencial:

Experiência como Delegado de Informação médica. Formação académica superior em Ciências da Vida (Medicina, Farmácia, Biologia, Bioquímica e outras ciências da vida)  Experiência de trabalho bem-sucedida em iniciar a gestão de stakeholders e as relações com o cliente num ambiente novo. Experiência Prévia e conhecimento da especialidade de MGF Espírito empreendedor e capacidade para fomentar relações e representar eficazmente a empresa perante os stakeholders externos relevantes .
