What you will be doing:
 

  • Craft engaging and on-brand content for multiple channels, including website, email, social media, product pages, and landing pages. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with European and Local business goals and brand guidelines and to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging. 

  • Tailor messaging for different target audiences and optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion. 

  • Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and campaigns across the FedEx service portfolio. 

  • Coordinate the execution of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cohesive messaging across all channels. 

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. 

  • Monitor the performance of content and GTM initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns. 

  • Work closely with external agencies to drive creative development and implementation. 



What do you bring with you:
 

The ideal candidate would demonstrate: 

  • Ability to create compelling content (in English) for diverse audiences, with strong editing and adaptation skills across various formats (blogs, social media, video scripts). 

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and brand messaging, with experience in multi-channel campaign execution. 

  • Ability to leverage market research and customer insights to inform strategy, with proficiency in digital marketing best practices and metrics. 

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines. 

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization. 

  • Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media). 

  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
