We are looking for a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team at FedEx.

What You Will Do


As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will manage pan-European, multi-channel customer lifecycle marketing projects. You will lead the execution of data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs across multiple European markets, ensuring alignment with local customer and market needs, market conditions, and business objectives.


Responsibilities



  • Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, IT, data analytics, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional regional teams to tailor engagement strategies to each market while maintaining global consistency.
  • Develop and optimize personalized, multi-channel customer engagement journeys that span the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Coordinate lifecycle marketing efforts across digital and physical channels, ensuring consistent messaging, personalized offers, and an integrated customer experience.
  • Use data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of engagement programs and continuously refine strategies and campaigns.

What You Will Bring


We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or engagement marketing, with a proven track record of managing large multi-country marketing engagement initiatives.

  • Proven experience in managing marketing projects and programs across multiple countries and functions.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure successful execution of campaigns within set timelines and budgets.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, including marketing, IT, product, and analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and optimizing personalized customer engagement journeys that cover the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor and analyze program and journey performance.
