Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team as a Marketing Strategist. This role will involve developing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and strategy for assigned customer journeys and experiences, aligning with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Create an experience roadmap, prioritizing and managing the product backlog to deliver valuable features and improvements in a timely manner.
  • Act as a business lead to develop and implement experience enhancements for both digital and process capabilities, obtaining buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work with Customer Insights and Customer Experience Design teams to monitor journey/experience performance, ensuring it meets customer expectations and delivers desired business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to lead complex projects focused on outcomes and value delivery for customers and the business.
  • Familiarity with agile tools and ways of working, understanding business agility principles.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders and convey objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively.
