Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to the final stages. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and improve processes and policies around hiring to ensure compliance and alignment with local laws. Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify which future opportunities they might be a fit for. Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and improve performance. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, provide guidance, upskill them, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Promote Pipedrive’s employer brand through various channels. Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and identify improvement areas. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Does this sound like you?
3+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and hiring variances. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in a rapidly growing company. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or other HR software. Strong project management skills. Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and data to make informed decisions. Detail-oriented skills. Fluency in English.
