We are a team committed to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation used for New Production Introduction in Manufacturing. We create, mature and maintain technical documentation on work processes in Manufacturing from design prototype to zero series production.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation, securing information to fulfill and support on the PWI and PII creation Participate on the scope meetings (collecting inputs DWG/OSOS/Build etc.) Participate in PFMEA and risk assessments meetings collecting inputs and implementing them in PWI/PII Validate PWI up against master data to ensure correctness Align the deliveries with the MBP request according to the stage (TRs) Create Control Plans Create/ Update the PFD before and during build Support Documentation LeadQualifications
A minimum 4 years of experience in the production industry. If with technical background on wind turbines 3 year of experience High proficiency in the EN language (both in writing and orally) Good IT skills besides MS Office, (Teams, Outlook; Word /excel); JIRA, VISIO, Windchill, SAP Experienced in advanced graphical software (2D/3D) Creo View/Illustrate, CATIA, Adobe Illustrator Experience with visualization of complex machines Experience in Mechanical / electrical / composites (master's degree) Mastering technical input from technical drawing; Process Plans; control Plans and transform it to easy-to-understand procedural instructions Good knowledge of NCR and ECM (engineering change management) processes Good knowledge of manufacturing processes in turbine industry. (Shopfloor knowledge by area)Competencies
