Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data from Bosch’s HR systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in the current processes.
Technical Documentation:
- Prepare detailed documentation of functional specifications, ensuring that stakeholders’ requirements are accurately translated for the technical team.
Support in Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation of HR IT solutions, ensuring new features are efficiently integrated into existing systems.
Coordination with International Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the central team in Germany, as well as other HR and IT teams across various locations, fostering an intercultural and interdisciplinary working environment.
Project Management Support:
- Assist in organizing and monitoring different project phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of HR IT processes, proposing data-driven improvements and gathering feedback from involved teams.
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in software development or HR systems is a plus.
Know-how:
- Proficiency in software development and a solid understanding of HR processes would be also a plus.
Languages:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese; German language skills are a plus.
Working Style and Methods:
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused with keen attention to detail.
Personality:
- Proactive, positive, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
