InnoWave is looking for a dynamic, agile person, good communication skills, high work capacity and a great desire to learn, with availability to come to our office in LisbonData StrategistSkillsDevelop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectivesEstablish and enforce data governance standards and ensure compliance across the organisation.Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data.Develop strategies for data resource management, data modelling, and other data related activities.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Proven experience as a Data Strategist, Data Manager, or a similar role in a data environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, etc.Experience managing a team of data engineers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data.Strong communication and reporting skillsAbility to work under pressure, adapt to changing environment, and multi-taskFluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
